South Wales

Last year South Wales moved to Usk and this was the first year I had attended the new show ground.  Well the ring was HUGE and Mrs McRae really chose to make good long use of all that space - just wait until she is moaning next time we run round the ring together, I'll remind her of her cruelty!  That is however about the only thing going for the show.  The layout was so spread out that the venue looked barren all day and no one seemed to be visiting th trade stands.  Really they could use the space to do the same as Border Union & allow the cars to park behind the appropriate benching tents.

Ozzy took his 5th Post Graduate win in a  row - he really is a special boy - and Juno, along with just about everyone else, was in the largest class of the day.  She made the first cut, then the second, but was not placed.  Patsy made cut and Toni - out in just very skimpy underwear - took 3rd in Open.
