What can I say about a dog I feel so lucky to have owned and loved. She was hard work to start with, as anyone who has working stock Springers will know. She put her first bird up at the tender age of 12 weeks when on one of her first walks. She came Morris Dancing for years, happily sitting with the band while Keith played. She loved Kendo & the cats and tolerated all of the Huskies. She was stone obsessed and ended up wearing a muzzle. She hated the rig and wouldn't pull, although she would run after the team occasionally. We nearly lost her at 11 months after her spaying operation went wrong, and then again a few months later when accute peritonitis (misdiagnosed firstly as lung cancer) set in. She spent lots of time with my Parents including numerous holidays around the Country. We had to teach her to swim and she was never happier than in the water, on her first trip to the seaside she set off for France!

We lost her tragically on Christmas Eve and not a day goes by that I don't remember her.....sweet dreams sweet Baf
